Of course, the fire eventually came into play before the bad idea that it was, became thoroughly obvious. I especially love the calligraphic depth of the smoldering board, and the unpredictable bouncing of the embers.

I've always wanted to take some long exposure shots.
Any chance we could do something like this in class? Or out of class? (Not using fire, understandably.)
